Mr.Peng, graduated form East China University of Political Science and Law with his bachelor degree of Economics. Later on, he got his LL.M from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.  Now he has been admitted as a lawyer in Shanghai Fortran Law Firm and practice mainly on Company Law, Contract Law, Tax Law and other civil law cases.
