Yang Wei, graduated from Jiangxi University of Finance & Economics with double Degree in Law and Economics . Later on she got her Master Degree from Fudan University. Now She has been admitted as a lawyer in Shanghai Fortran Law Firm and focuses on company law, tax law and financial law practice and research.
