Ms.Yang, Bachelor of Management (accounting),  LL.M of Soochow University, and now she is the secretary of the Tax Law Study Committee of Shanghai Bar Association. As a lawyer in Shanghai Fortran Law Firm, she practices mainly on Company Law, Contract Law, Tax Law and other civil law cases.
Ms.Yang is able to practice in both English and Mandarin.
