ForTran Lawyer was invited by Shanghai Jiao Tong University to give a lecture on Tax Planning for Wealthy Family

March.28, 2010, invited by the Center for Executive Education Development Wealth Management Salon of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, ForTran Partner Yan Xizhong gave a lecture on Tax Planning for Wealthy Family to fifty managers and financial executives.

The lecture is divided into three parts

The First Section, According to his practice experience in the past decade, analysis some illegal tax evasion and tax loophole cases of some well-known enterprises and famous entrepreneurs, pointed out the potential tax risks and suggested some reasonable methods to prevent.

The Second Section, Combined with cases analysis of company operation, Mr.Yan explained the difference between tax-saving and tax-avoidance, stated the way to legal tax planning.

The Third Section is about personal finance. Mr.Yan explained the pros and cons between personal investment and enterprise investment, the most reasonable investment plan of the whole process for entrepreneurs, optimal adjustment of personal income structure, enterprise dividends, financing process.
