ForTran Lawyer was invited by Shanghai University of Finance and Economics to give a lecture on Taxation Management and Tax Planning

April.14.15, 2010, ForTran Partner Lu Guoyang was invited by Shanghai University of Finance and Economics to give a lecture on Taxation Management and Tax Planning.

The lecture is divided into two parts

The First Section, Mr. Lu selected the core principle of the Business Tax to remind the potential risks for the real estate industry by using a series of cases.

The Second Section is the tax risk of the real estate industry, Mr. Lu analysis the reason of the tax risk and pointed out the potential tax risks and suggested some reasonable methods to prevent.
