Mr. Lu got his LL.M. degree from Shanghai Social Science Institute, and now he is the Managing Partner of Shanghai Fortran Law Firm. Mr. Lu practice focuses on taxation, accounting, tax planning, and tax-involved disputes. He also has many articles published on domestic and international periodicals.
